I. - You are accessing the website of the public limited liability companies: Societat Metropolitana de Rehabilitació i Gestió, SA (herein, “REGESA”) and Regesa Aparcaments i Serveis, SA (herein, RASSA). This website can be freely visited by any user, on condition that it is for its own personal exclusive use. The “User” will be any individual or company that accedes or has acceded to the website, and is therefore subject to the General Conditions expressed in this LEGAL NOTE.

On the protection of data of a personal nature, REGESA and RASSA inform the user that the details provided through filling out the forms on the website, can be compiled on computerised files of REGESA and RASSA (c/ Tàpies, 4 – 08001 Barcelona), with the objective of responding to the consultations made and maintaining a relationship with those interested in anything referring to the activities and latest news of the association. At this address, those interested may exercise their right to access, rectification and cancellation of the data, sending a written and signed request, including their name and surname(s), ID number and the exact instructions for these purposes.
